Dumke Reception Room

The Dumke Reception Room can accommodate up to 30 for dining or 100 for a stand-up reception. Comfortable conversation areas, positioned around a wood-burning fireplace, encourage guests to linger and visit. Graced by a grand piano, this elegantly appointed room opens onto an expansive patio surrounded by seasonal landscaping.

Tanner Dining Room

The Tanner Dining Room's wood interior and leather upholstery offer guests a luxurious dining experience. A wood-mantled fireplace and grand piano provide additional warmth to the room, which seats up to 116 guests. A well-furnished, modern kitchen/catering facility is adjacent. The dining area opens on to a semi-private, brick-walled patio shaded by flowering trees.

Burbidge Board Room

Furnished with a 20-foot marble table and comfortable sofas and chairs grouped around an inviting fireplace, the Burbidge Board Room is spacious and versatile, accommodating up to 75 people. The room is well suited for business meetings, seminars, or buffet-style working lunches.

Burbidge Board Room Thanks to a generous donation from Sally Burbidge Cassity, the Burbidge Board Room is now equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities:

Full-length screen and ceiling-mounted projector
Speaker system and a wireless microphone and podium
Whiteboards and flip charts also available

Eccles Patio

The Eccles Patio offers a spacious, attractive, and private venue for events, spring through fall. Surrounded by seasonal landscaping, the patio connects directly to both the Dumke Reception Room and the kitchen facility, providing an ideal venue for catered events. Outdoor tables and chairs are also available to rent.
