Welcome to the San Diego Chapter!
The San Diego Alumni Chapter of the University of Utah
Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization managed by a volunteer
group of U of U alumni interested in having a great time interacting
with fellow alumni in the San Diego area. Our goal is to help U of U
alumni reconnect with the University and continue to build on the U’s
strong traditions.

For the past few years the San Diego Chapter has not collected membership fees on a regular basis. It is, however, now necessary to resume collecting fees in order to be able to sponsor future events such as picnics and tailgate parties, and to cover the cost of mailing invitations to about 1,200 alumni in the San Diego area. While membership is not required to attend alumni events, the membership fee will provide much needed funds to sponsor U of U alumni activities.
The San Diego chapter membership fee is $15 for individual alumni. In return to its members, the San Diego Chapter will:

Continue to organize annual activities such as the Beach Party in Mission Bay Park

Make it possible for the members to interact one-on-one with U of U coaches before sporting events

Obtain discounted tickets to Ute sporting events in the San Diego area.
