Program Overview

Alumni Career Services (ACS) is the result of a partnership between the University of Utah Alumni Association and Career Services. ACS is a powerful resource, designed specifically with the needs of alumni in mind.

ACS has the most comprehensive career services program on the Wasatch Front, offering one-on-one counseling, the latest and most up-to date resources, assessment tools, and variety of workshops.

Our Program

We have two distinct programs:

You choose the one the works best for your needs and your schedule.

Need Help?

Economic fluctuations can create employment insecurity and resulting job layoff, and the struggle for career advancement can be challenging. Alumni Career Services can provide you with an array of professional career resources and occupational search services to help alleviate employment insecurity and assist you in reaching your target goals.

Why Us?

For more than 50 years, University of Utah Career Services has helped thousands of graduates and employees find mutually beneficial career solutions. We have strong business relationships both locally and outside of the Salt Lake area; we offer access to the latest technology based career e-sources; and we are fully prepared to help our clients succeed in a competitive job market.

Not a graduate of the U?

No problem! Graduates of any and all universities and colleges are welcome to participate in our program.

Changing Careers?

We can help with that, too, by offering assessments, an abundance of resources, and personal coaching. One-on-one counseling is the key to successful and positive change. Research shows that professional career assistance can help you find a better job—faster—by unblocking obstacles to your success.

Let Alumni Career Services ease you through the transition to a better job, a more meaningful position, and, ultimately, to greater career satisfaction. A talk with our career expert can lead to better job and job satisfaction.
