About the Program Manager
Julie Swaner is a counselor and coach, certified to administer assessment tests in Personal Directions®, MBTI®, and the Strong Interest Inventory®. She received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the U and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy at the U.
After spending many years as a global traveler, Julie successfully ran a business for 10 years in northwestern Connecticut, where she was active in civic and public affairs and was elected to the board of Finance and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Julie is an active member of the community and is currently involved with Utah Women’s Alliance for Building Community, Wasatch Executive Network, Utah Coaches, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
